Subscription Services

If you cancel before 50% of the subscription period has passed, you may receive a partial refund, minus charges for work already completed. No refunds will be issued if more than 50% of the subscription period has passed.

One-Time Purchase Products

You can receive a full refund if we have not yet started working on your project. If work has commenced, a partial refund may be possible, depending on the amount of work completed.

All refund requests must be made through our customer support channels. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppDonald’s disclaims any liability for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
